We are the Data Fiduciary as defined under the DPDP Act, 2023, meaning we determine the purpose and means of processing your personal data.

We collect only what is necessary. Here is what we may collect and why:

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, financial account details, health records, or biometric data through our website.

• Anthropic Claude API — powers our AI chatbot (Anthropic PBC, USA)
• Vercel / Cloudflare — hosting and CDN (servers globally)

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. Where data is transferred outside India we rely on standard contractual clauses or the provider's adequacy status.

We use the following types of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the website to function (session management, CSRF protection). Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 — we use IP anonymisation and have disabled data sharing with Google's advertising products.
