Trade and consumer journeys supported by more than a catalog: dealer-specific pricing, credit-aware orders and a central stock master that connects the sports storefronts.
Shree Durga Sports is a sports equipment business in Bhandup West, Mumbai. Its public site describes supplying shops and academies, alongside selling genuine branded equipment to individual players.
A distributor needs to serve dealers and individual players without losing control of stock, prices and credit. The public storefront shows only part of that work: the repository also contains a separate B2B backend and staff dealer desk. Their deployment and dealer rollout are distinct from the publicly visible retail site.
The B2B order service selects dealer-specific prices and checks exposure against configured credit limits before accepting an order. Staff can use the dealer desk to create an order through that same path.
Trade ordering follows the dealer’s commercial terms rather than retail-cart assumptions.
The Woo sync service imports qualifying store orders as stock movements with stable source identifiers, then pushes central stock availability back to the configured WooCommerce stores.
The architecture connects trade operations and both storefronts to a shared inventory source.
The repository includes custom returns, shipping-status and WhatsApp store modules alongside the public theme. The B2B side provides dealer invoice, catalog and address workflows.
The work covers the operational journey around the order, as well as the storefront.

These capabilities are confirmed in the sportsbrand source. The public site still includes retail prices and checkout; dealer onboarding, active usage and backend deployment are not inferred from repository presence.
Reviewed storefront code and dealer desk, portal pricing/credit and Woo sync services. Scope decisions explicitly exclude the inherited 3PL fleet, VAS and checker modules; they are not claimed here.
