A custom 3PL operating platform that connects the warehouse floor, dispatch, accounts, management and clients. Built around Akash’s working processes, with live operational updates and AI-assisted insight.
Akash runs warehousing and logistics operations in the Mumbai region. Its teams need to coordinate goods arriving at the gate, stock held for different clients, dispatch instructions, transport paperwork and service billing—while giving each client visibility into their own business.
The legacy workflow relied on Google Sheets and Forms, including a wide operational sheet. Replacing it meant understanding the handovers between people, not simply moving rows into a dashboard. An arrival could precede its order; stock had to retain its warehouse, bin, lot and batch identity; billing depended on contracts and actual activity; and staff and external clients needed different views of the same operation.
Vehicle arrivals are recorded before an order exists. The inward process has designated supervisor, executive, senior-verification and billing handovers, with condition records, photo checks and controlled stage transitions. Barcode lookup and mobile scanning support floor work.
Your process becomes a workflow people can follow, with responsibility at each handover.
Stock is tracked by client, SKU, warehouse, bin, lot and batch. Putaway, transfers, corrections, receiving and dispatch feed a movement history, with stock and SKU-history exports. The outbound picker can identify the physical lot and bin being shipped.
A quantity has a location and a history—not just a number in a cell.
Outbound intake, operational boards and dispatch planning sit alongside vehicle, driver and transporter records, transport legs, LR/POD attachments and tracking interfaces. Transport expense records support trip-level profit-and-loss views.
Warehouse and transport teams can work from connected order information.
Contracts and rate cards feed invoice generation. Separate material-handling and space-rent statements support the way warehousing is charged. Finalisation/reopening controls, expense approvals, payment records and godown/client profitability views extend the system into accounts.
Operations and billing share the activity and commercial context behind the charge.
Client-scoped endpoints expose stock, orders, invoices, statements, attachments, rate cards and reporting. The code also supports client order creation, tracking views, team settings, API keys and webhook configuration.
Clients get a dedicated view of their own operation, rather than an internal staff dashboard.
Designations map to action permissions and data scopes, including warehouse-assigned and own-client views. Approvals, cancellation controls and audit records sit behind the screens. Authenticated WebSocket channels distribute operational updates.
Each team gets the tools and visibility appropriate to its role.
Google Sheets imports include mapping, previews/dry runs, duplicate handling, batch history and rollback paths. The separate WhatsApp service mirrors identified enquiries and conversation context into the WMS CRM. Inventory, order and invoice APIs and outbound webhooks support integrations.
The move from existing tools has a migration path, while new enquiries can enter the same business system.
Natural-language data queries use a read-only execution path. An operations copilot assembles briefings from current system state; anomaly and management views help surface exceptions. A warehouse twin and sensor/tracker interfaces add spatial and telemetry views.
Management can explore the operation beyond a flat report; physical sensor deployment is separate from the software capability.
Legacy workflow
Google Sheets and Forms held the operational record; people had to carry the handover rules between teams.
What we built
Structured records, role-gated handovers, stock movement history, connected billing and a client-specific portal are implemented in one platform.
Traceability
Stock connected to location, movement and order history
Shared context
Operations, transport and billing use connected records
Client visibility
A separate view of stock, orders and documents
Controlled handovers
Designated stages, approvals and audit trails
These are capabilities verified in the repository, not measured reductions in cost, errors or turnaround time. A walkthrough can show the implemented workflows without exposing client operational data.
Scope reviewed against the warehouse, inventory, portal, billing, transport, Google sync, access-control and AI implementations in the project repository. Integration availability depends on configuration; physical IoT rollout and preview voice integrations are not claimed as completed deployments.
For a manufacturer or trader, the equivalent could connect inward material, stock, orders, approvals, dispatch and accounts. The starting point is your operating process—not a generic dashboard.
